Per direction from HR, the comp-time option is no longer available.

2015-10-28

Per the modified Holiday Policy, non-exempt employees may choose either comp time or matching paid time for hours worked on Academy holiday or other closure days.

The Time Off report (Reports >> Time off) is now organized by year and provides subtotals by year and category of time off. Clicking a subtotal displays details about each event.

Managers and Payroll may now enter a comment when rejecting a timesheet which then appears in the notification email sent to the employee. The detailed timesheet view includes a new "history" link to a report page that displays those comments (if any).

2012-01-18

Timesheets for shift-work employees no longer display or calculate a second Sunday for time off. That second Sunday does still appear for hours-on to allow entry of midnight through 7am hours.

The timesheet system no longer sends email when a timesheet is approved by a manager or finished by Payroll. It does continue to send email when a manager or Payroll rejects a timesheet.
